36 wind chime musicians equipped with foot pedal operated desk fans.

The stage is composed of hanging glass, metal, wood, ceramic, wind chimes hung loosely together so that they tinkle pleasingly when blown by the desk fans.

       Took a look at the Glacier concerto idea, and it kind of lacks portability. Suggest icecubes and a very small microphone.   

       That would be kind of handy in a bar, "ahh, that's just the drink talking" etc.
