This is a 4 winged flapping ornithopter, with two axeled pairs of wings at the front and back of the body that are shaped like exaggerated bird wings so that the cross section of each wing is an s curve and the wing will allow a figure 8 flapping stroke, that allows you to use the length and weight of your body as a lever to perform the down stroke with the front wings while the back wings are up stroking, and then switch the fulcrum point so that you can use the full length and weight of your body as a lever for the down stroke of the back wings and the up stroke of the form wings.

With the right costume and gadgetry you could be a super-hero. Man_20powered_20flapping_20flight

If I ever happen to win the lotto I plan to make a dragonfly variation of this. (+)

You need to significantly reduce the weight of the craft to almost nothing in order to power it by human.
I'm leaning towards helium filled mylar pockets for the wing membrane, with a hollow framework and opposed flywheels for energy storage during glides. [link]
