No need for solder anymore.
This shouldn't be a problem to make, and could be very handy.
The earphones wire detached? Just put a bit of metalglue on the tip of the wire and a drop on that metal surface and put the two together. Blow on it lightly and its fixed. Same for my phone, every time
it falls.

Silver-loaded conductive 2-part epoxy has been around for a few years. I'll try to find a link. |

As 8th says, this sort of stuff has been around for ages. I've never used it myself so can only assume that this does what you want. |
