Tow a small iceberg to a large coastal city. After signing the release paperwork, thrill-seeking participants with alpine axes, crampons and rope can clamber up the icy facade or also don scuba equipment to climb down towards the submerged summit.
Under water rock climbing

Nice. I'm trying to think whether there's some logical inverse of a flag which would be planted on the bottom of the iceberg. |
Didn't know you could tow an iceberg. if that is so, + |
Cold on top, cold underneath. Brrrrrrrrrr. [+] |
Since you're towing icebergs anyway, please enable Ice Fishing in the Tropics |
If only you could swim back down from the top of real mountains. |

[hippo] How about a golf hole? |

Whadaya mean there's no sherpa? |

I heard of some divers in the frozen zone who would play under-ice soccer. The bouyant ball is compelled to stay against the underside of the ice. The divers stand [float] upside-down against the ice and kick the ball with their finned feet. I'd love to try it..... |

The summit (er, bottom) wouldnt be visible until you are right on top of (er, almost below) it. Nice effect. |

After months of intense physical training and failed attempts, Rocky finally climbs all the way to the summit. In the midst of celebrating he realizes that he is not in better condition, the mountain is smaller. Doh! |
Risking much more than that as well. + |

Only if I can go, holding a fellow bakers hand. |

Good to see you back, [bliss] |

The name alone deserves bunning. [+] |

I suppose the iceberg is bound to melt - surely at some point it'll reach a size where the weight of the diver moving down the underside will actually cause the icebergette to roll, so that instead of climbing, the diver is just rolling the 'berg towards himself, forming a kind of infinite icy treadmill. At least until his air runs out and he drowns. |

That sounds like an Alanis Morissette song title to me... |
Wonder if you could toboggan back down/up it? |
Will the tow line be used to anchor it so you know which way is up? |
Oh, and since we're towing iceburgs to the tropics, will it be towed inside a dracone, so we can harvest the fresh water for ritzy bottled water companies with logos like "You've climbed to the bottom of the bottle..." |
FarmerJohn has climbed his last, and probably steepest
mountain, for good. With all my heart, I loved you so. |
Thank you for letting us know, [blissmiss]. |

As a group, we're not very good at facing mortality, are we? |
Well, at least the Farmer's grave goods include a lot of
croissants. |

Shame on me for not seeing this before... + |
+ Me too (even though I was not here yet)! |
Brilliant! Alas, already bunned this one. |
