Would you find a natural waterfall and trim it to make the picture? Sort of water topiary? |

That was my first idea, just do what nature did with the bride image only with other pictures and more accurately detailed. But I live in California. Anybody who lives there can tell you you mess with natural water features and, well, they don't let you. |

Having that done on private property could be cool though. I'm sure a stone sculpture would be very into that. |

I was interested in gargoyles growing up, particularly the way they could direct rain-water. They do that to reduce water-damage. But if you were willing to take the maintenance hit, you could have it run down the side of the building in an interesting way. |
