You need 2 players and a ref. The ref puts the 100 tiles anywhere he wants, just as long as it forms a 10 by 10 square. Then the players come in. They each take their turn finding a word in the mish-mosh of letters, removing the tiles from the game boards (the letters must be touching each other) and scoring accordingly, with the premiums and tile values. 7-and-up letter words are still worth the 50-point bonus.

By the end of the game, it'll be hard to find words, so each players draws in the bag and places a letter somewhere on the board. For each letter, a point is substracted to the player's score. The game is over when either no possible words can be formed, there are no tiles on the board or a player has fished for three straight letters.

With or without looking? If the player forms a word while doing this, do the points go to that player?

       Sounds similar to Boggle.
