Six-pack snow fencing

...not much to this one.

Six pack holders are a big environmental hazard so why not recollect them and heat weld them into sheets of snow fencing.
[link] for those in southern climates.
Orange coloring should not be that hard to apply and snow fencing is not an environmental hazard.

       I quite like it. Particularly nice is the idea that if the snow fence is torn, you can probably find an extra to patch with right along the road.

       Jutta, I think you are onto something marvelous...   

       And I give this a plus, even though I have no idea what the hell snow fencing is, being that I lived in Arizona for 15 years and now in Southern California for the last 3...   

       They look very close.   

       Perhaps we could send all those used six pack holders to less advantaged nations where we could hire poor people to knit them into snow fencing. This would save the energy needed to heat weld them, and make sure that the fumes from heated plastic are not released in our cities.
