Solid Fuel Lighter III

This lighter is shaped like ready-to-launch space shuttle, or other space craft of your preference at much reduced scale. The solid rocket boosters are equipped with real ammonium perchlorate which can be lit by a little flint wheel hidden in the bottom of the big fuel tank thingy. You won't be able to put the flame out until its fuel is depleted, but on the plus side, it should work underwater.
