Shock news - the SpongeBob SquarePants creator Stephen Hillenburg dies aged 57.

Spongebob made a touching eulogy to his creator, mentor and best friend. He mentioned that Stephen often put on the SpongeBob costume to do the more dangerous stunts. "He was just that kind of a guy" said SpongeBob.

Spongebob is expected to hit the bottle,get in a spiral of worse and worser B movies, and die a lonely death in a Palm Springs former celebrities nursing home.

Patrick and Mr.Krabs are unavailable for comment.
