Travel scheduling

Find out which airlines might have strikes upcoming

It's happened to me before: I make travel reservations a couple months before the trip. Then, a few days before I'm set to depart, all of a sudden there's news stories about how my chosen airline's pilots/mechanics/stewardesses union's contract is about to expire and they'll probably strike. Dammit! What we need is a website that publishes the expiry date of labor contracts for all these unions. Then you'd know not to schedule travel with that airline during a particular time period.

strikes aren't necessarily scheduled at the end of contracts. I know in the Uk they are often scheduled for maximum disruption .: maximum exposure. but bun for trying to get more warning for punters.
