A misdelivered joke is commonly known to manifest a tumblweed that spins at a slow yet constant rate. Take a series of these Tumbleweeds and cover their outside perimeters in electromagnets. From here an engine can easily be designed to power your vehicle.

Enter the car and tell a joke into the dashboard microphone, that is badly delivered - leaving out important parts that relate to the punchline, and the Tumbleweeds will begin to turn . .
