I believe NYC could have used this service desperately during their peak of the pandemic. However, the hearse would have to be chilled and able to drive in circles until an opening popped up at the chosen funeral home. Which, btw, might make it not very cost-effective.

Does your service come with a map and a sturdy shovel for digging? A friend wants to know...

Your driver will arrive in 9 minutes.

Please be ready, and dead, at that time.

If the corpse has a low rating they may not bother with the pickup.

My state requires a mortician to sign off: non-certified people are not permitted to move dead bodies. It's pretty evil to force loved ones to give money to an arbitrary industry every time someone dies. If you ask me it should be absolutely legal to just take your loved one out and bury him yourself. There's naught left but bones in a few years anyway.

The problem with that, as I am sure you are aware, [Voice], is that authorities tend to frown upon people disposing of bodies without some clear idea as to how / why they became deceased, and whether it was a greedy relative seeking to shortcut the inheritance process, who created a body farm in their backyard.
