 a boat whose engines are dockable quadcopters

boat can function as a dock for quadcopters to loiter and recharge.

while docked, quadcopters can function as boat engines. while quadcopters are away boat enters loitering mode or anchor mode.

boat has electricity generators and other telecomm equipment on board for the quadcopters.
