For this reason alone, I think this is good to have in place before tazers become ubiquitous and disgruntled people start becoming tazer-happy. It's much easier to indiscriminately inflict pain when none if it is coming back to you. But if you are going to get shocked in the process, you are more likely to think it over and consider whether this person is really bad enough to pull the trigger. |

you raise some really good points about the usefulness of weapons. Sadly, however I feel that you are both wrong. Given enough exposure the sadist usually shows some degree of masochism and vice/versa. |
