This is one of those "Has this been done already?" idea questions.
A browser that analyzes the search results, conversations, stories etc. to estimate whether it was created by AI or not.
This would be done by using those algorithm thingies and like, computers and stuff.
So you find a person
on a chat site and start debating about something stupid, your browser plugin will say "Hey, that pointless argument you're having about that stupid subject? Might wanna chill out, that's an AI program pretending to be a person."
For the truly sad cases, it might pop up "Hey bro, your "girlfriend" "lives" on a server someplace, she's not real. (click here if you don't care) [_]
A practical use might be for teachers. "This student paper was written by Cheatbot 9000."
Again, I'm kind of assuming there's something like this out there but I just haven't heard about it.
AI Content Detector Chrome Extension

[+] for the concept, though I think there's probably a lot of prior art. "How to tell if you're chatting with an AI" returns zillions of hits on google, but I don't know if anyone has built a set of methods into a browser plugin. |

Becomes a kind of Spy Vs. Spy scenario, doesn't it? |
|
|
And a little more searching did turn up the "AI Content Detector Chrome Extension" that claims to you know if what youre reading across the internet was written by a person or a bot." |

To avoid confusion, please remember "a1" != "AI" (at least not in this instance. |

I can predict with 9.912% accuracy that I am not a bot |

So a slightly more than 90% likelihood that you are? What sample size was used to estimate your accuracy? |

I can predict with 9.912% accuracy |

Pretty specific for a human. |

Plot twist: Thats when doctorremulac3 realized he was surrounded by bots. |

Plot twist 2: While drying his tears after that revelation, sparks ignited his eyebrows and he smelled burning plastic. |
