Audiovisual Medical notes

Medical staff shouldn't be sitting on computers, they should be talking into a headset and speech-to-text program should be logging notes to a medical record

When you meet a doctor, the doctor speaks their notes out loud,

This way, when seeing a doctor you don't need to wait for the psychiatric staff or doctor to sit for hours creating notes.

       Four years ago I brought my mother to a young but promising oncologist Dr. Eldad Elnekave, then still at Ichilov. He listened to my mother's predicament, then turned on his phone and started dictating; ... newline... she tried .... which worked but then... newline. Delete last sentence. Go back one word....
