Have you or someone you know boasted that you (he/she)can do "that" with one arm tied behind your (his/her) back? On a day, appointed by the Biggest Braggart, everyone will have one arm tied behind their back and go about doing their daily tasks and activities with only one functioning arm. Fun, challenging, and annoying after the first 10 minutes, but those who untie their arm get pinched, poked, and/or pummled for the rest of the day.

[thanks, bris, for the title suggestion]

Oh yeah, well I can tie one arm behind my back with one arm tied behind my back.

       Try clapping.
To be precise, you don't mention whose arm is tied behind the back. It could be someone else's.

//everyone will have one arm tied behind their back //

Seems a bit unfair on those people who only have one arm to start with.

       Does a mannequins arm count?

Halfbaking is one activity that is easily achieved with only one arm. There are others but I'm too polite to mention them.

Unless those amputees are allowed to tie their severed arm behind their back, and therefore function normally!
