I'd love some kind of sticky-resistant pouch or similar where I could put my finished-with gum (e.g. in the car etc.).

I could then empty the dried gum into the bin at my leisure...

       That seems rather disgusting. Why couldn't you just keep it until you reach a garbage can? Would you really want a bag of dried, used up chewing gum, anyway?
