       Do you mean Chimpanzee NASDAQ?

       Not that I wouldn't pay good money to see Chimpanzee NASCAR.

       Ticket sales are intended to fund the research. Plus It would be fun to watch.
Zimmy, May 22 2003

       NASCAR drivers (and fans) are nearly indistinguishable from chimps now, to me.
krelnik, May 22 2003

       I like monkeys, monkeys like me.

       I had expected something to do with car crashes and stuff like that (with simian comparisons to fan behavior much like krelnik described).

       "I see dead monkeys... there everywhere."

       And this is different from current NASCAR... How?

       methinks [zimmy] just wants to try for the free sex.

       They used to have monkey fishing in Florida, see link.

       Monkeys = ratings.

       I plussed this one, but mostly for the chimpanzee NASDAQ comment.
muchow, May 23 2003

       Which still seems more accurate than NASCAR.
yabba do yabba dabba, Mar 05 2004

       huh, interesting idea
quantum_flux, Apr 22 2007

       Prairie dog NASCAR would probably up the ratings even more. And provide funding for someone to do some fascinating vehicle and user interface engineering.
