Morning showers(especially if the water is nice and hot) so put be back to sleep. this new kind of shower faucet is speciafically designed to prevent that. each nozzle has a different color LED embedded and when the water is flowing it lights up the streams. there is also a small sensor which captures noise (eg from your shower radio or the music system that you placed next to the pot) and cordinates the LEDS to go one and off according to the music tempting the person taking a shower to dance.

Note: there is no insurence against accidental slips and LED's not included in standard model.

I like the idea of lit, colored streams of water. The showering person (in the dark, of course) would be very exotically lit, with only little splashes of color when a line of water managed to stream uninterrupted to a body surface. Tt reminds me of the opening credits to James Bond movies, with all of those tantalizingly lit bodies. Not sure why anyone would vote against this. Good stuff!

Nice one, nomadic. Not sure it would work, but it's a good mental image anyway. Drenched in colour, I might not feel clean, but I'd certainly feel revitalised. And awake

And suddenly have a good excuse for singing garbled Judy Garland songs in the shower. "Somewhere under the rainbow, I'll just wash and go..."

       Rinse and repeat.

I like this. I'm surprised to see bones.

I thought you were going to suggest pumping small amounts of, say, food-colouring dye into the water streams so that the showeree could decide what colour they wanted to be each day. Still get a + though.

I think benfrost or someone did that one already, dob... coloured water shower for kids, I believe. Too lazy to look.

Getting the hang of it, nomad. Nicely done.

The shower can become an even more romantic place. EXcelente! +

I like the idea, but would the light really travel down the streams of water? I think you would need a pretty steady stream for this to work whereas I think of a shower stream as being broken up into individual droplets...

I'm already aroused by watching my boyfriend shower. The idea bungston had (of showering in the dark), was great! Ahhh, I can see his glowing silohouette now! <my boyfriend, not bungston -- heh, heh>
