Covid flicking finger II

 Flick at people and express hatred.

This gesture consists of creating a fist with the pinky and ring and middle fingers, palm down; tensioning the index finger against the thumb, and flicking the index finger up to point at someone. The implication being that one has metaphorically flicked a virus or some other undesirable thing at the person now being pointed at.
