Well it's been an epic run but it's winding down. What to do? Howzabout some 'alternate universe' Doctors. Imagine the Doc as something with tentacles, improving the lot of the turtle people on another plane of existence. Now that CGI is good enough to convince us that just about anything is 'real' we need no longer confine our good guys or bad guys to being humanoid.
