It's basically been baked with a real car, (see link) the idea is to have the exact same drive controls put into a video game controller so dogs can drive in video games, either specially made for them or even standard driving games.

In fact, why limit it to driving? A dog video game controller with big buttons Fido can swat to make various things in specific dog video games happen could be cool too. Dig up the flowers, chase the cat, chew up the dress shoes, knock the cat off the roof, that sort of stuff.

Occurs to me, some enterprising entrepreneur could just make a simple plastic overlay of a popular video game console controller that expands the size of the buttons to make them paw friendly, then create dog specific video games. Dogs totally get TV in a big way, I think they'd love it. (link)
