These shoes have robust sensors and speakers embedded in their soles. Now, although they look like standard sneekers, when you walk along, the sound of stilletoes eminates from them.

A quick flick of the discreet button on the tongue, and they make the sound of horses' hooves, tapdancing sparks, squeeky basketball shoes, or infact any sound you could imagine - slurping through mud, splashing through puddles, whatever.

To confuse onlookers further, they should always continue to sound out two extra steps whenever you stop.

The sound of horse hooves on cobblestone echoed through the church, Shiela realised she hadn't turned off her shoes and seated herself quickly at the back of the service.

Seems pretty close to the idea "Squeaky Shoes." See link. The only difference is the tongue switch.

Love this idea - bun for you!

Other than speaker placement, I gotta say that this wouldn't be rocket science to put together.

great idea, add some timed step guides for serious walkers/runners to maintain pace and you have a serious and fun product!
