Your girlfriend / wife comes home, looks at you, you look back and give a pleasant 'Hello Dear'. For the rest of the day you receive no more verbal communication, but lots of evil stares. WHY???

She has had a haircut! You didn't notice (nor do you really care), but now the rest of the day, and possibly week, is an emotional minefield.

The Idea: You go along to your girlfriend's / wife's hairdresser, and for a small fee, sign up to their Premium Phone Text Service. Every time your girlfriend / wife goes to the hairdresser, you are sent a text message informing you of what has occurred.

You girlfriend / wife returns home, and you can instantly greet her with a heart-warming 'Have you had your hair done dear, it looks lovely'.

Hey presto - happy girlfriend / wife, harmonious atmosphere, bedroom activity.

Good idea. I have my secretary's hair appointments marked in my diary, so I never forget to compliment her when she arrives in on the Monday with her new, yet totally identical-to-the-last haircut.

she should try shaving it all off once in a while.

       that's *yours* by the way.

I had a girlfriend who used to shave it all off once in a while. Apparently it's quite itchy when it grows back again.

There are only two acceptable haircuts. One is none at all (i.e. really long hair), the other is completely shaven. There can be no compromise.

I know exactly how you feel.

I am growing my hair long. I don't know why, I just am.

       [TopTim] Great idea

[DesertFox] Great idea if you are a woman, which rumor has it you're not.
