Hockey Hit Metrics

Because we can always use more useless sports statistics
  (+2, -1)

Sports fans love statistics about their favorite teams and players. Many hockey fans like the game rough, with players getting slammed against the boards regularly.

Put sensors in the walls of hockey rinks so the force of each hit against the boards can be measured & rated.

“Wow, that hit delivered by Radek Bonk measured 52 on the scale.”
“That was the roughest one in this game so far, Chet.”
“It sure was, I'd expect some retaliation for that later in the period.”
