Steampunk is everywhere it seems. One of the things everyone seems to want is a pair of hot goggles with lotsa brass, leather, glass, etc. Time to make 'em big enough to decorate a nice set of hooters; glass 'lenses' could be opaque, tinted or clear depending on circumstances.

Better than making them big, have a character small enough (due to biology or accident) to repurpose a borrowed set of normal sized goggles. This is steampunk; and so I imagine lenses would be tastefully steamed. |
