Much more practical for a smaller gym, ITBWs are cylinders about 5 times as tall as they are wide. Each one weighs 10kg, and larger masses are obtained by stacking. The barbell bar itself has paddle-shaped ends on which the weights can be stacked. Hard hat advisable.
