A permanent feature of MAD Magazine was the Fold-in on the back cover. This was an illustrated riddle whose answer could be revealed by folding the back cover such that the middle third of the back cover was hidden.

Some of the light-rail cars in my city have advertisements that cover their entire exterior. It seems to me, with a bit of clever artistry, one could make an advertisement that uses the sliding doors of the car doors so that it functions like a MAD Magazine fold-in.

I've always wanted to see a subway ad with some kind of human/animal whose mouth is located at the door.

One of the main subway lines here, most of the ingress at feeder stations is on one side of the train and egress at a transfer station on the other, so only one side needs be a mouth.
