Since about 95% of males do "it" and there is an energy shortage, I suggest a device that would be attached to a male's "member" during masturbation. A latex membrane would be embedded with a wire coil and slipped over the penis. A permanent magnet would be placed over the membrane and used for the stroking
motion. The electrical energy generated could be put back on the "grid".

Considering the workings of the electric motor, it should be possible to recharge a vibrator (at least one containing the appropiate type of batteries) by shaking it for a while. |

I think this would require some sort of Zener Diode circuit here; to ensure a constant voltage output; otherwise when you speed up at the end you'd get "Vinegar Stroke Voltage Spikes" in your supply. |
