Photovoltaic Mortarboard Kit

Kit for adding photovoltaic cells to old mortarboards.
  [vote for,

As of the time of this writing, flexible solar panels generally cost more per watt than rigid ones. Some backpack makers have put flexible ones on badly lighted surfaces, like the side of the backpack, to power small electronics.

How about a kit with the appropriate hardware to attach a rigid square solar panel to a mortarboard? The top of the hat is probably better lit than a backpack and the surface is already flat, rigid, and vacant.

I admit I don't think I would wear it.

Branded as "SmartPower", obviously. 'cept I think somebody's using that.

(BTW, last person I saw running 'round here in a mortarboard was [pluterday]. Where's she off to, anyway?)
