There are personal recording devices that allow a few seconds of recorded messages for various purposes. Incorporate that idea with numerous coded messages combined with a megawatt bullhorn and voila...GO HALFBAKERY!!!

Plays American College Fight songs when you press the code, and it's not "Mega" watts, but it pretty much bakes the idea. [Canuck, Oct 04 2004]

More to the point, dt does specifically ask for recorded messages, not tunes, and presumably intends ones recorded by the user. While you can "record" new tunes on that bullhorn, that actually appears to entail mimicing them with dial tones.
