RIM-Lights

 LED's in your rims - Purely for aesthetics

Simple LED's embedded within the RIM of the wheel, that use a form of kinetic energy harnessed from the rotation of the wheel. They glow in perfect cicles when you're driving. A strip of them could alternate between ON and OFF and move up and down - a spiral twist of red and orange will be burnt into innocent pedestrians retina's.
