You wear the ring like any other, but it has a small button on its outer surface. You wear it with that button turned palmward, so you can reach it, unseen, with the tip of your thumb on the same hand.
When you push it, your cellphone emits a ring tone.
"Sorry man, I have to take this call" and
politely excuse yourself from the company of whatever yammerhead won't shut up.
Could also function as a remote Bluetooth camera button.

I had an app years ago called Fake Caller that you could set on a time delay for being called out of a meeting or whatever. God, I loved that app. The corporate octopus disappeared it. |

Same idea, yep. I just want to trigger it as needed, even if I can't schedule the escape ahead of time. |

What you guys need is a feature-phone.
Get with the times, Granddad! |

[lLoris], I don't understand your reply. How would a "feature phone" (vs an iPhone or similar smartphone) provide this capability? |
