Rolling Bell Cane Tip

For a white cane

This is a rolling bell at the end of a white cane that is used by people who are blind or visually impaired for navigation. The bell would give an audio announcement that the navigator is approaching. Rolling one direction the wheel would trip a series of hammer strikes against a bell and rolling the opposite direction the bell would be muted or the hammer would not trip -- so that the user could choose to have the mechanical alert signal or not depending on the way they turned the cane.
