S-Wave egg cookery

There have been a number of electric egg cookers around, and I have seen mention of a pop-up egg cooker, which is an excellent idea. All of them promise perfect eggs but there are too many variables to succeed (egg starting temperature (kept in fridge or not), egg size, altitude).

Using a combination of the pop-up egg cooker, and an s-wave generator similar to [link] it would be possible to detect the exact viscosity of the egg irrespective of how long it takes. As soon as the required viscosity is achieved (as set by a hardness dial) the egg pops up.
