Sandimation

Sand sculptures are amazing, but they don't do much except to sit around in one place. I therefore propose an extension to the process which requires the constructed figures to deliver some movements. This is best acheived through a stop-frame animation process.

At eighteen frames per second, this will require the sand sculpture figures to be laboriously rebuilt many times, so the process of generating a few minutes of animation could take several years of total dedication, but just think of the brilliant results.
