I'm thinking about things like really light 1/2 oz bags of chips or perhaps those Japanese seaweed sheet-snacks that are already almost lighter than air...

Stuff them inside balloons and let the prevailing winds mail them.

It might even work for letters and ohhhhh um junkmail...yeah can I fishbone my own idea?
