It's nice to imagine a world where this sort of ad-hoc vigilantism isn't needed or desirable. While I'm dreaming, maybe some sort of taxpayer funded crime fighting organization could "police" the roads? Serving as a mechanism of removing offenders and acting as a baseline disincentive. |
