Texterface

 interactive text for multi-modal users

The texterface would be an interface -- possibly on a touch screen -- that allows a user to run their finger across part of the screen to activate the visual highlighting and audio vocalization of the text of a digital book.

This would help students with learning disabilities be able to read text interactively, rather than having to listen to the text at a pre-determined speed.
