The Changing of the Masked Guard

 Lots of pomp and circumstance.

When the mask restrictions are lifted at the Federal level, the event should be marked with a military precision drill, like the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

One masked soldier should have his mask removed in a precision drill by his replacement, who is not masked.

Then the mask is burned in an urn. Somewhere jets fly by.
