This idea is the direct opposite of Lip-sync Bagpipes.
Now instead of hearing bag-pipe sounds, you hear the speeches of your favourite political figure, ranting about bigly sharks, windfarms and Hannibal Lector, because you prefer that to the horrible sound emitted from the bagpipes.
It works
in the same way - ie at any time a set of bagpipes is detected being played, the voice of your politician of choice supplants it perfectly.
