Either a device attachable to existing wiimotes (the controllers used with the Nintendo Wii), or an entirely new third party wiimote if necessary, that uses the kinetic or biomechanical energy of being moved about - which is done a LOT with most Wii games - to maintain an electrical charge and continue to function. A similar idea is already used in kinetic powered quartz watches and flashlights.

I'd be curious if this is possible. The power to run a radio transmitter is significant. It's a great idea if it is feasible though.
