Filled with the usual chains but the key difference is that each store is in a carefully-located windmill and all stores are interlinked at the length of a sail. If you must shop in the same old outlets you can at least vary the experience by clinging to the sails and travelling from store to store in style. Plus there'd be no further use for unsightly rusty shopping carts as rucksacks would be de rigueur.
