Every actor carries a small camera lens on their
forehead. Remotely linked camera controllers and
digital post-production help with jitter, focus. (Thanks to Strange Days for
proving that first person camera can be done
without being nauseating.)
Each camera records its position in space; that
a computer draw conclusions about whose
cameras are visible where. The cameras are
edited out digitally.
The view on screen is the composite view of
the actors. The movie derives part of its
pleasure from the inability to see some of the
actors, while seeing from their vantage point.

||[degroof] nah. my little brother's got a glass (actually, it's ceramic) eye and he can't find any doctor who'll put cool stuff in place of it. he wants a Terminator-style eye or an LED "laser" pointer. we're still looking...
