i am imagining a two sided mouth piece that functions like a normal electronic toothbrush but you dont have to hold it. on the end of it will be a little handle like object sticking off the mouth piece which holds the motor and it will have brushes that will cover every single tooth

With no motor, you could just chew on it for a couple of minutes -- perhaps it could disintegrate and be rinsed from the mouth. But if it has a motor, it could be a small vehicle that rides along the teeth from one side of the mouth to the other and back again, scrubbing as it goes. If I posted such a half idea, I’d call it “the chew-chew train”, quite possibly the main argument against posting it.

I bet this would feel all tickly at first. Maybe one would never get used to it and you'd have to resort to some sort of sweeping actuation of the bristles instead of having them all on at once. The chew chew train, is that a mouthpiece one? Shirley those exist? If not they should. They'd be great for the car and halloween.
