pool in greenhouse means warm winter

1. Insulate the entire perimeter of the house 6 feet below ground level. 2. Build a large in ground pool in a greenhouse and attach it to the south side of this house. 3. Pool absorbs heat radiates heat to ground in summer and both release heat in winter. (Need insulating blankets for both pool and greenhouse.)

       When I was a child, I saw an article on building your house into the side of a hill, to use the earth around the house to keep the house warm in winter and cool in summer. So I think that makes this Baked, in intent if not implementation.

       Ditto, though I doubt a single residential pool could hold enough heat to last all winter. I've typically seen this done with a gravel pit.
