wandering draught excluder
  [vote for,

this musical wandering draught excluder, in the shape of which ever long furry animal of your choice, senses draughts and blocks them.

it plays nice rhythmic music as it roams around to prevent accidents.

can it climb walls to get the draft coming from the windows near my cathedral ceiling?
xandram, Dec 22 2006

       can I think about that?
po, Dec 22 2006

Sure, I'll be keeping your bun warm until then...
because it is a good idea.
xandram, Dec 22 2006

       Feeling a bit chilly, po?
salachair, Dec 22 2006

Can it leap to the cieling and get the one that's supposedly called "central Air" around here?

Hmm... how does it know not to block the hot air from say a floor mounted heater grille?
ye_river_xiv, Dec 23 2006

I don't have a solution for cielings [sic] or high windows as yet.

I imagine it could tell the difference between warm air and brass balls on monkey type air flows.

God rest you merry, gentle [po].
Have a nice warm croissant.

Sorry bliss.

+ here's a Christmas bun. (Who cares about the draft coming from my window...it's a hundred year old, leaded glass beauty given to me as a gift when we were building the addition.)
