Adversatorially generated clickbait

Apparently, the addition of AI digests to search engines is damaging news sites (link).

This seems like a massive opportunity.

You may already be familiar with the idea of adversarial attacks fooling AI by subtly manipulating an input such that it is misinterpreted.

I propose the news sites start producing adversarially generated articles - which create maximally salacious digests while still being accurate when read by a human.

Either searchers will believe the AI report and the people involved will get annoyed at the aggregator, or readers will click through to read the article - win/win.
