I was eating graham crackers late last night admiring the way they imprint that perforation so that each cracker could be broken up into smaller pieces...I got to thinking that it would be great to have those pieces break into a game of sorts...Dominoes would be the most obvious of course...but after a long game of dominoes i don't know if i'd still feel right about eating the pieces...The next idea was much better and offered a catchy name...Ana-Graham crackers...each cracker could be a word with a perforation next to each letter...

For instance: IHIAILIFIBIAIKIEIRIYI

You break off each letter then rearrange them to make a new word or words

Such as: A FLAKY HERB

Hours or minutes of fun!

There was a "fruit snack" in the United States made with the shapes like game pieces such as tic-tac-toe. See link.

Sounds like fun to me. An opportunity to eat my words -- how cool is that? And they would be short and sweet!

Sounds like fun too. For Scrabble, you could print a playing board on the back of the box the crackers came in. For chess or draughts, you could eat pieces as you took them ...

I think this is a genuinely good idea. Croissant.

Mmmm ... could be done with chocolate as well.

7/8th ... Start with a Toblerone bar - it's already got letters and is easy to move as a gamepiece, being triangular, separable, tasty...

[thumb] I tend to find that toblerone bars will start to melt quite quickly, even with a minimum of handling.

This is already sort of baked in chocolate. But, how many words you can spell with the letters H,E,R,S,H,E,Y ? As [kaz] implies, could be messy.

Isn't the purpose of an anagram to use ALL of the letters in the word?

Una had it....i think the only combo is.... Shy Here
gniterobot, Aug 25 2002

HERSHEY, HE SHYER, HE RE SHY, EH SHYER, EH RE SHY, HEY SHER.
Results for Toblerone far exceed Hersheys - nyaaaah
